MNK Pro: Unexpected Characters Displayed on Screen When You Press Hot Keys

SYMPTOMS

When you press any of the Hot Keys on the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, unexpected or illegible characters may be displayed on the screen.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if you press a Hot Key when your computer is running in an MS-DOS environment.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, press the Natural Keyboard Pro Hot Keys in the following operating systems only:

• Microsoft Windows 95
• Microsoft Windows 98
• Microsoft Windows NT 4.0
• Microsoft Windows 2000
