Cannot Use the TAB Key to Move to Different Menus or Submenus

SYMPTOMS

After you select a menu, pressing the TAB key has no effect. You cannot change the selected command by pressing TAB. Also, you may hear a beep when you press the TAB key.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, press the LEFT ARROW, RIGHT ARROW, UP ARROW, or DOWN ARROW key to select different menus, submenus, or commands.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
