Common Dialog Box Buttons Change Language with Internet Explorer 4.01ID: Q184416

When Internet Explorer 4.01 is installed on a French localized version of Windows NT 4.0 with the region set to "French (Canadian)," common dialog box buttons may be displayed in English instead of in French. This occurs in all programs that use common dialog boxes.
To work around this problem, change the region to French. To do so, follow these steps:
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet
Explorer 4.01 for Windows NT 4.0.
A supported fix is now available, but it has not been fully regression
tested and should be applied only to computers experiencing this specific
problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem,
Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Service Pack that contains
