When you try to print a Web page and all of its linked documents by clicking Print All Linked Documents, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to print document, either document's application is not
installed correctly, there is not enough memory to load the
application, or this application does not support printing (for example
sound files can not be printed).
Note that this behavior may occur more often if you are using a slow
connection to the Web page instead of a fast connection (for example, by
using a modem instead of a network connection).
To work around this issue, create a subscription to the Web page, update the subscription, and then print the document while you are offline. To do so, use the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Web page you want to print, click Add To Favorites on
the Favorites menu, click "Yes, notify me of updates and download the
page for offline viewing," and then click Customize.
2. Click "Download this page and pages linked to it," click Next, click 1
Page(s) in the "How many linked pages deep do you want to download"
box, and then click Next.
3. In the "Would you like to be notified in an e-mail message" box, click
No, click Next, click Manually, and then click Next.
4. If needed, type your password in the Password box, and then click
Finish.
5. On the Favorites menu, click Manage Subscriptions, right-click the Web
page you subscribed to in step 1, and then click Update Now.
6. On the View menu, click Internet Options, click Settings, click Never,
and then click OK.
7. On the File menu, click Print, click the Print All Linked Documents
check box to select it, and then click OK.
