You cannot type Korean characters in a text box control included in the Microsoft Forms 2.0 object library when you are using the Korean version of Internet Explorer 5.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer 5 service pack
that contains this fix.

Internet Explorer 3.0 uses the Microsoft Forms object library (Fm20.dll) to supply basic controls to Web pages. Many Web developers use Fm20.dll for event handling. The Forms library control cannot input double-byte character in Internet Explorer 5.
