FrontPage Express and Chat Not Available in Full Setup

• Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.01 Service Pack 1, 4.01 Service Pack 2 for Windows NT 4.0
  on the following platforms: Alpha

SYMPTOMS

When you run Setup, Microsoft FrontPage Express and Microsoft Chat are not listed as available components to install.

CAUSE

These programs are not included in the Alpha version of Internet Explorer.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
