To remove a personal certificate from Internet Explorer, use Registry Editor to open the following registry key:

   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\My\Certificates

This registry key contains the keys that represent your personal certificates. To remove a specific personal certificate, delete the corresponding registry key.
