Internet Explorer 5 Cannot Attach File into OWA MessageID: Q235513

When Internet Explorer 5 is using the Outlook Web Access (OWA) services on a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) that is set to allow only NTLM authentication, you may not be able to attach a file to a e-mail message. When you attempt to do so, the process may time out or not succeed.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next service pack
that contains this fix.
