Keyboard Problems Using Internet Explorer with Acrobat File

SYMPTOMS

While you are using Internet Explorer, you may lose some keyboard functionality. Keys that may not work may include the PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN, and arrow keys.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file open in Internet Explorer.
