Magnifier Tool Does Not Retain Focus on HTML Controls

SYMPTOMS

When you go to a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) control on a Web page by pressing the TAB key, the Microsoft Magnifier tool may not retain focus on the control and may display a gray screen.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 98 and Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01 Service Pack 1 for Windows 95.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem does not occur with HTML anchor controls.
