Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0.
Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 (version 4.72.3110.8) is an update to Internet Explorer 4.0 and 4.01.
You can download Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 from the following Microsoft Web site:

In addition, an upgrade patch of Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 is available
that provides a smaller download for customers who are already running
Internet Explorer 4.01 and wish to install SP1. No new fixes or features
are added to the upgrade patch, and customers who already have SP1 do not
need to install it.
NOTE: The upgrade patch upgrades only Internet Explorer 4.01. If you are using an earlier version of Internet Explorer and attempt to install the patch, the full-download version of Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 is installed instead.
