SYMPTOMS

When you view a Java-based utility, disabled text in a non-editable text field may disappear.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain and install Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 2, or upgrade to Internet Explorer version 5. For information about how to do so, please see the following Microsoft Web site:
