Text Is Missing from the AutoCAD LT98 Help Program

SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Help Contents or Index in the AutoCAD LT98 Help program, text may be missing from the text window.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are running Internet Explorer 5 and using a version of AutoCAD LT98 designed to work correctly with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.x. Some versions of AutoCAD LT98 designed to work correctly with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.x may not be totally compatible with Internet Explorer 5.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact AutoCAD to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.
