SYMPTOMS

When you try to open the Downloaded Program Files folder, you may be unable to do so.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you try to open the Downloaded Program Files folder on a computer that does not have Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later installed.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, open the Downloaded Program Files folder on a computer that has Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later installed.
