When you log on to Windows NT as a local user who does not have Administrative rights and then attempt to install Web Publishing Wizard, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to copy file Schannel.dll Error 5:Access is denied.
You may need to contact your administrator.
If you click Skip The File, "Error 5" may be repeated for the Cfgmgr32.dll
and Oleaut32.dll files. A dialog box with the following message is
displayed:
[WinINet.dll redist. package]
(X) INF Install failure. Reason: Unknown.
The files cannot be overwritten because you do not have sufficient access rights to the server.
To resolve this issue, log on locally as Administrator or have the administrator log on and install Web Publishing Wizard.
When Web Publishing Wizard is installed by a user who does not have Administrative rights, Web Publishing Wizard runs but the shortcut on the taskbar is not created during Setup.
