SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to post a Web page, you may receive the following error message:

   The Web Publishing Wizard was unable to publish your file(s) to the
   Web server for the following reason:

   <Empty space where the description of the problem should be>

   Click on OK to exit.

When you click Help, you may receive the following error message:

   The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an
   updated Help file. (129)

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when you attempt to post a Web page to a server running Microsoft Personal Web Server 4.0.
