FIX: DhStyleBase Missing setBackgroundImage()

The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

The DhElement doesn't seem to expose DhStyleBase's setBackgroundImage( ) method. This method doesn't show up in the IDE's intellisense.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

  1. Create a new "Code-Behind HTML" Project in Visual J++, version 6.0.


  2. Try adding the following piece of code to the generated onDocumentLoad( ) method:

this.setBackgroundImage("a_valid_image_url.gif");
    You'll notice the IDE's intellisense does not expose the method setBackgroundImage( ).
