Q152734 How to Obtain the Latest Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial Internet System version 2.0. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.
Most e-mail clients hide the BCC information when a message is submitted; however, there are a few clients that do not hide this information. Therefore, in a few cases there is the potential for the MCIS 2.0 IMS to send messages containing the BCC address information when the MCIS 2.0 server resides on a Windows NT 4.0 SP3 computer.
