PRJ98: Incorrect Work Value in Usage Views for In-Progress TasksID: q175031

In Microsoft Project 98, the Task Usage and Resource Usage views may show incorrect Work and Actual Work values for some tasks and resources when the task is in progress.
This behavior occurs when the following conditions occur:

To work around this problem, change the project start date for the resource
pool so that it is the same as the project's sharing pool. To do this,
follow these steps:
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service
Release 1 (SR-1).
