When printing from Microsoft Project 98, you may experience one of the following issues:
This is followed by the message:There is not enough memory to complete this operation. To free up available memory, close programs, projects, or windows you aren't using, and then try again.
An unexpected error occurred during printing or copying. Try one of the following: If you are printing across a network, check your network connections. Try printing from another program. Free up available memory by closing programs, projects, or windows you aren't using.
This behavior occurs when scaling is any value other than 100 percent. When a project that normally prints on many pages is scaled to fit on fewer pages, Microsoft Project may truncate the data or print it in the wrong location.
To work around this problem if you do not have SR-1, change the scaling
factor to 100%. To do this, follow these steps:
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service
Release 1 (SR-1).
