Can't Resolve Overallocation If Leveling Minute-By-MinuteID: q187372

In Microsoft Project 98, when you level resources, some resource
overallocations might not be resolved, nor do you receive any messages.
NOTE: If you do receive leveling messages, there may be other causes such as task constraints, task Actual Start dates, or task relationships that prevent the tasks from being leveled correctly.
This behavior may occur when leveling is set look for overallocations on a minute-by-minute basis.
To correct this problem, install Microsoft Project 98 for Windows Service
Release 1 (SR-1).
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service
Release 1 (SR-1).
