SYMPTOMS

When sending mail using the Collaboration Data Objects for NTS (CDONTS) NewMail object, the Content-Transfer-Encoding changes from 7-bit to "quoted- printable" if the message text (body) contains a string containing 76 characters or more.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
