ACC2000: Cannot See All Extensions in the Files of Type List

The information in this article applies to:

Microsoft Access 2000

SYMPTOMS

When you click either Microsoft Access or Data Files, in the Files of type list, for the following dialog boxes you cannot see the entire list of extensions:

Open
Export <object name>
Import
Link

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
