ACC2000: How to Change the Default Folder for Data Access PagesID: Q200532
|
Microsoft Access places new data access pages in the folder specified in the Default database folder setting on the General tab in the Options dialog box. Unless you change this setting, the folder is C:\My Documents. Microsoft Access also places all new databases and Microsoft Access projects in this folder.
To change the default folder for data access pages, follow these steps.
NOTE: When you change the Default database folder setting, the change applies to all new pages, as well as to all new databases and Microsoft Access projects.
For more information about the default folder, click Microsoft Access Help on the
Help menu, type "default database folder" in the Office Assistant or the Answer Wizard,
and then click Search to view the topics returned.
