ACC2000: Standard Toolbar Not Available in Microsoft AccessID: Q198666
|
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
In the Customize dialog box, the option Standard and Formatting toolbars share one row on the Options tab is dimmed.
This option is never selectable because Access does not have a Standard toolbar.
Microsoft Access shares the toolbar Customize dialog box with the other components of Microsoft Office and, because the option does not apply to Access, it is dimmed. The standard toolbar in Access is called the Database toolbar.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
