When you run a database wizard or the Form or the Report Wizard on a Windows NT 4.0 computer, you may receive the following error message:
Then Microsoft Access quits, and the database that the wizard created does not work correctly.An Application Error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.

You have installed version 7.0c of the Microsoft Office 95 Year 2000 Update. This version of the update contains a Jet file that causes this error.
Download and install the most recent version of the Office 95 Year 2000 Update.

This problem no longer occurs in the latest release of the Microsoft Office 95 Year 2000 Update.
