When you edit an embedded object that has been inserted in an Excel worksheet and then return to Microsoft Excel 97, the object is deleted from the worksheet.
This problem may occur in the following cases.
1. You create a workbook that contains an embedded object in Excel 97.
2. You double-click the embedded object in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh
Edition.
3. You double-click the embedded object in Excel 97.
4. You close the object.
