In Microsoft Excel 97, when you click Save As HTML on the File menu, you may receive the following error message:
The wizard cannot find xlhtml.dll. Please rerun setup and start the
wizard again.
When you click OK, the Internet Assistant Wizard does not run.
This behavior occurs if the following conditions are true:

Use one of the following methods to work around this behavior.
Copy the XLHTML.DLL file from <cd-rom drive letter>:\Office folder on the Microsoft Office 97 CD-ROM to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office folder on your hard disk.
1. Rerun Microsoft Office 97 Setup and click Add/Remove.
2. Select Web Authoring Tools in the list of available components.
3. Click Continue to finish Microsoft Office 97 Setup.
4. Reinstall the updated Internet Assistant Wizard.
An updated version of the Internet Assistant Wizard for Microsoft Excel 97 is available at the following Web address:

The updated wizard corrects certain issues with the original wizard that
shipped with Microsoft Excel 97 and allows you to export a worksheet to a
Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) file by using a Visual Basic for
Applications macro.
