FP2000: When Prompted to Save Add-ins, Cancel Closes the FrontPage Visual Basic EditorID: Q229291
|
If you close FrontPage while you are working with Add-ins in the FrontPage Visual Basic Editor, you will be prompted to save the add-in project if you made changes to the Project since your last save.
If you click Cancel, the Visual Basic Editor closes and your Add-in Project is not saved.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
When you are working with the FrontPage Visual Basic Editor, be sure to click Yes when you are prompted to save your Add-in Project. When you have saved the Add-in Project, you can return to FrontPage and make your necessary changes without loosing any data.
Note: You can only create add-in projects if you have the Office Developer tools installed on your computer
