When you specify a percentage for the height and width of an image, the aspect ratio of the image is not preserved.
The Keep Aspect Ration option is unavailable if the height or width is specified as a percentage. When you specify a percentage, the size of the image will be based on the size of the current window or table cell. This allows different size browser windows to produce different aspect ratios.
To work around this behavior, specify both the height and width in pixels.
