The FrontPage 98b Binary patch upgrades FrontPage Editor and FrontPage
Explorer to version 3.0.2.1706. To run the patch, you must have installed
FrontPage. When you run the patch, a backup folder is created in which
the original FrontPage Editor, FrontPage Explorer, and Fp30cutl.dll files
are copied.
The following problems are corrected in the FrontPage 98 binary patch.
Design-Time Control Properties
In FrontPage 98 you cannot alter Design Time Control (DTC) properties after

Image Map With Relative URLs
When you create a relative hyperlink on an image map in FrontPage Editor
(without running FrontPage Explorer), the link is saved as an absolute
hyperlink rather than as a relative hyperlink. For additional information,

FrontPage 98 rearranges the order of <FONT> and anchor (<A>) tags,

Character-Level HTML Tags in FrontPage Editor
When you have a hand tagged HyperText Markup Language (HTML) document
where formatting tags, such as bold (<B>) or emphasis (<EM>) span multiple
paragraphs, and you delete the paragraphs, the formatting tags are
retained even though they appear to be part of the selection you deleted.

Navigation Bar Image In Preview View
When you select a navigation bar in a shared border in FrontPage Editor,
switch to HTML view and delete some text, and then click the Preview tab
at the bottom of the window, you may receive an error message and
