MOFF: Office Find File Search is Unsuccessful on HFS+ DrivesID: Q188974

When you perform a search in the Search (Office Find File) dialog box, your search results may return no files, even though your search criteria should return some files.
If you are searching an HFS+ drive or partition, your search may note return any files. The Office Find File program in Microsoft Office 4.2.x is unable to perform a search on drives formatted as HFS+.
If you want to search a drive formatted as HFS+, use the Find File utility
in the Finder. To do this, follow these steps:
