OFF2000: OFF2000: Cannot Move Tear-off Toolbar

SYMPTOMS

You are unable to move a Tear-off Toolbar once it has been docked, without first releasing the mouse button.

NOTE: Depending on where your mouse pointer is on the toolbar, you may end up activating a toolbar command when you release the mouse button.


RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Office 2000.
