OFF2000: Error Message In Answer Wizard Builder Opening CHM FileID: Q217696
|
When you create a new Answer Wizard Project using the CHM file type in Microsoft Answer Wizard Builder that is included in the Microsoft Office 2000 Resource Kit, you may receive the following error:
This CHM file doesn't exist. Please enter another file name.
This behavior occurs when you use the CHM file type when you create a new Answer Wizard Project and you type the CHM file extension with one or more uppercase characters.
For Example:
"myhelp.CHM"
-or-
"myhelp.Chm"
To work around this behavior, type the .chm file extension with all lowercase characters.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
