When you start Microsoft Excel 2000 and have add-ins loaded, the following error message appears:PowerPoint found an error that it can't correct. You should save presentations, quit, and then restart PowerPoint.
When you click Properties on the File menu and then click Custom in Microsoft Word 2000, the following error message appears:An error occurred initializing VBA libraries (1004).
An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.

The problem occurs when the following steps are taken:
Give Read and Read & Execute permissions to the Windows NT user group Everyone for the file Oleaut32.dll.
