With certain system locales other than English, appointments starting or ending at 12:00 P.M. are moved to 12:00 A.M.(00:00) after exporting and importing again.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem.
