OL97: Remotely Possible Software Causes Blank Screen

Microsoft Outlook 97

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view the Folder List in Microsoft Outlook 97, running under Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, the screen becomes blank.

CAUSE

You installed "Remotely Possible" by Computer Associates, on a computer with which contains Outlook 97.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:

Method 1

Remove the software, Remotely Possible.
