The information in this article applies to:
NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging
Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your
installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About
Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate
Workgroup installation.

Address Book.
MORE INFORMATION
There may be times where you may want to send e-mail to a public folder. To
do this you must add the folder to your Personal Address Book.
To Add Folder Location to Your Personal Address Book
- On the folder list, locate your public folder.
- With the right mouse button, click the public folder and on the shortcut
menu click Properties.
- On the Administration tab, click Personal Address Book. Click OK.
The public folder will now be available in your Personal Address Book.
