SYMPTOMS
When you address a message to multiple recipients, the mail is only
delivered to a small group of recipients. You receive Non-Delivery Reports
(NDRs) for the remaining recipients.
This problem occurs when you are using Microsoft Outlook in a Novell
Netware environment, sending e-mail to the Internet through a direct
Internet connection.
CAUSE
This behavior has been observed in scenarios where Novell intraNetware
Client 32 is installed on the workstations.
RESOLUTION
To test this issue in your environment, remove the Novell intraNetware
Client 32 and load the Microsoft Client for Netware. After the client
software is reconfigured, start Outlook and test for mail functionality
with multiple recipients.
