OL98: (IMO) How to Use a Secondary E-mail Address for a Contact

The information in this article applies to:
NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Internet Mail Only (IMO) option. To determine your installation type, on
the Help menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you
should see "Internet Mail Only" if you have the Internet Mail Only option
installed.
SYMPTOMS
When you send e-mail to a contact who has multiple e-mail addresses,
Microsoft Outlook always uses the primary e-mail address.
RESOLUTION
Right-click the e-mail address inserted in the "To" line and on the
shortcut menu, select the second or third e-mail address.

- In the Inbox folder, click New Mail Message on the Actions menu.
- Click "To", click to select a contact, click "To->" and click OK.
- Right-click the default e-mail address inserted in the To line
and on the shortcut menu click to select the address that you want.
