OL98: (IMO) Non-default E-mail Address Displays as Full AddressID: Q191674
|
When you address an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook 98, if you select an e-mail address that is not the default entry in the Address Book, the complete address is displayed rather than the display name.
If you need to have multiple e-mail addresses for the same person, create a separate contact for each address, using a unique name for each entry. For example, if a person has both a home account and a business account, type (Home) after the last name in one contact, and type (Office) after the last name in the second contact.
For more information about creating contacts, type "add contact" in the Office Assistant, click Search, and then click to view "Create contacts."
