OL98: (IMO) Symantec Winfax Sends Only One Page of New Message

NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Internet Mail Only option. To determine your installation type, on the Help menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Internet Mail Only" if you have the Internet Mail Only option installed.

SYMPTOMS

When sending a fax with Symantec WinFax Starter Edition, text in the message body that continues to a second page is not transmitted.

RESOLUTION

To send messages that continue to two pages or more, type the message in text editor such as Microsoft Word, and then send the file as an attachment to the fax message.
