OL98: Can't Use Shortcut Menu to Reply to Custom Post Item

The information in this article applies to:

Microsoft Outlook 98

SYMPTOMS

You right-click an item based on a custom post form and the Reply, Post Reply to Folder and Forward commands are not available.

RESOLUTION

Open the item and select the appropriate command from the Actions menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem only occurs on Windows 95 and Windows 98 operating systems. It does not occur on Windows NT systems.

This problem does not occur if the post item uses the standard post form.
