The information in this article applies to:
In the Calendar view, clicking the additional appointment symbol does not move you to the next off-screen appointment.
In Outlook, the additional appointment symbol is not a navigational control. The symbol is designed to let you know that additional appointments are located at a time not displayed on the screen.
To display an off-screen appointment, use the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the appointment window to scroll to the appointment.
When you display a Calendar view that has more appointments than can fit on the screen, Outlook displays an additional appointment symbol. This symbol resembles a triangle that points in the direction of the off-screen appointment.
In Microsoft Schedule +, clicking on the triangular symbol moves your view to the next off-screen appointment. In Outlook, this does not happen.
