OL98: Remove All Setup Leaves Some Files in System Folder

SYMPTOMS

When you select Remove All, in Maintenance Mode Setup of Microsoft Outlook 98, several files will remain in the System folder of Microsoft Windows 95 or the System32 folder in Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0, SP3


MORE INFORMATION

Outlook leaves certain files on the computer after running Remove All. The files that remain are determined by what type of installation you had done. On the Help menu, click About Microsoft Outlook. The second line of the dialog box will tell you what version you have installed. See the appropriate section below for your installed version.
