To use a graphic as a watermark, follow these steps.

  1. Insert the graphic you want to use as a watermark. You can insert the graphic using either of the following methods:

    - Create a watermark from a picture file.

    1. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click From File.


    2. Select the graphic you want and click Insert.



    - Select a watermark from Clip Gallery.

    1. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click Clip Art.


    2. Click either the Clip Art tab or the Pictures tab.


    3. Select the watermark you want to use, and then click Insert.




  2. Select the graphic if it is not already selected.


  3. On the Picture toolbar, click the Image Control button.


  4. Click Watermark.
