To print a PowerPoint presentation in reverse order, follow these steps:

  1. On the File menu, click Print.


  2. In the Print Range area, click Slides.


  3. Type the range or numbers of slides that you want to print, with the highest number first and the lowest number last. For example, to print all of a 31-page presentation, starting at the end, type the following:

    31-1


  4. Click OK.
