PPT97: How to Automatically Number Lists in PowerPoint

SUMMARY

PowerPoint does not have an AutoNumbering feature. To create a numbered list, you must manually type a number at the beginning of each paragraph.

Microsoft has also made available an add-in to PowerPoint called the Numbered Bullets Add-in that you can use to create sequentially numbered bullet lists in your presentations. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Software Library:

 ~ bullets.exe (size: 189496 bytes)
