In Microsoft PowerPoint, the Undo and Redo options on the Standard toolbar allow you to undo or redo one or several changes at once. However, the range of operations that you can undo or redo must contain the most recent operation and it must be a series of adjacent operations. For example, you cannot undo just the second, fourth, and eighth changes you have made to your presentation.

To undo or redo several changes at once, follow these steps:

1. Click the Undo or Redo arrow. A list of the most recent changes appears.

2. Select the range of changes you want to undo or redo by dragging the

   mouse over the items you want.

3. Release the mouse button to complete the action.
