MORE INFORMATION

By default, the Style list on the Formatting toolbar lists the following styles:

(Word version 2.x does not list this style).

    - Any user-defined styles stored or in use in either the document or
the template that the document is based upon.

To list all available styles, use the following steps.

If this action doesn't seem to work, make sure the insertion point or selection is in the document text before you click the drop-down arrow.

Word version 2.x

1. On the Format menu, click Style.

2. Press the keyboard combination CTRL+Y.

3. In the Style Name box, click the drop-down arrow to list all available

   styles.
